The enduring problem with our humidifier system was NOT what had been assumed prior to Jeremy's visit, but an issue more complicated that had endured from the time the high-efficiency furnace was installed. Amid a jungle of electrical wiring, he determined the necessary fix and solved the problem. Not only did he display great knowledge of his craft, but to top it off, he's a very nice guy. On Super Bowl Sunday our furnace stopped working. We called Mountain Heating and Cooling and Andrew arrived to diagnose the problem in just 45 minutes. The house was getting cold and we were expecting below zero temperatures. Unfortunately the furnace could not be fixed that night but Andrew left us with enough space heaters to keep the house warm. Brian returned the next morning with a new furnace that was installed by the end of the day. We appreciate the prompt service , quality product and friendly knowledgeable people. Mat came over 2 weeks later to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions we had. We constantly recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling to all our friends!

The team at Mountain Heating and Cooling is incredible and immediately responsive.We had a minor catastrophe when our inducer motor went out. RC showed up within 30 min of us making a phone call with space heaters to keep our house warm during Montana winter temps. Within 2 days they had the part in the shop and called us immediately to let us know RC would be out to install the part and ensure that our furnace system was good to go.The peace of mind that comes from knowing that they are literally just a call and a few minutes away is priceless.We went with their super affordable offer to come out to our house twice per year to check out our heating and cooling and ensure that we are set for the season. I went through MH&C when I needed my AC fixed a couple years back, and now I had them come and diagnose/fix my central heating. Both times they were on time, expedient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Jeremy fixed my heating this most recent time, and he found several other issues that I had no idea were relevant. He did a great job of taking pictures and documenting all the important pieces of info. Will definitely be giving them a call if I need any HVAC work done!
